This holiday home half is located in Korswandt, in a quiet location not far from Lake Wolgast.
The living space extends over three floors and thus offers room for up to six people (ideally including two children).

On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining area with integrated kitchenette awaits you. A flat-screen TV and a cosy seating area are available. The large sun terrace is accessible from the living room thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. The highlight of the house is its own sauna in the guest toilet - also on the ground floor - which has both a wood-burning stove and can be used as an infrared sauna.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with washing machine and shower. The converted attic serves as a bedroom for two children and has a flat double bed. The standing height in the attic is limited and access is via a ladder staircase. A baby travel cot with mattress (without linen) and a children's high chair are available for our little guests.

An assigned parking space at the house is available, WLAN is included. You are welcome to use the newly built small garden house on the property of the house to store your bicycles.
