This lovingly furnished holiday apartment is a duplex located on the 2nd upper floor of the house and offers space for 2 to 5 people.
In addition to a large, open-plan living area with a semi-open kitchen, there is also a daylight bathroom with a shower on this floor.
A staircase within the apartment leads to the upper floor with the bedrooms.
Here you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and a second TV, as well as a room with two separate single beds and another bedroom with a single bed.
The highlight of the apartment is the large glazed veranda, where you can enjoy breakfast and the sun.
For the very youngest visitors, a travel cot with mattress (but without bedding) and a high chair are available free of charge.
WLAN is available and free for you.
You can park your car in your own parking space on the premises.
Bicycles can be stored in the bike shed or at the bicycle racks of the complex.
Both a washing machine and a dryer are located in the basement of the house and can be used by you for a fee.
As a special highlight, the swimming pool and sauna in the neighboring house can be used jointly and free of charge - with the exception of the annual closure from 06.11. - 20.03.

Das Haus lag zentral für Radfahrer und hatte einen Radfahrschuppen zur Unterstellung.
2 Waschmaschinen und Trockner-KLasse für unsere Kinderwäsche
Pool und Sauna gepflegt und sauber. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren dabei-Klasse
Wir hatten 2 sehr kleine Kinder dabei. Leider war die Reinigung der Wohnung tatsächlich erst um 16.20h beendet.

Tolle Ferienwohnung nur durch die Promenade vom Strand getrennt. Sehr ruhig gelegen, guter Parkplatz. Die Wohnung großzügig und super ausgestattet.
