Here you live in the front row and can fully soak up the maritime flair of Usedom, as the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is practically at your feet.
The approximately 61 m² vacation apartment welcomes you on the first floor of the popular apartment building and impressively fulfills the promise of its name: As soon as you enter the apartment, you feel the proximity to the coast, but the absolute highlight is the direct view of the Baltic Sea, which you can enjoy both from the sheltered loggia and from one of the two bedrooms.
Start your day with a view of the glittering waves or let it end with a glass of wine and the sound of the surf.
The heart of the apartment is the harmoniously designed living area, which conveys spaciousness and brightness through its open layout.
The modern kitchen is perfectly integrated into the room and offers full comfort for self-catering with an oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, and other appliances.
A special favorite spot is the dining table, which is located in the glazed loggia – here you dine with daylight and a view, almost as if you were sitting outdoors, but protected from wind and weather.
In the adjacent living area, a cozy seating area in front of the flat-screen TV invites you to relax in the evenings.
The furnishings are functional yet comfortably chosen, so you will feel at home immediately.
For restful nights, two separate bedrooms are available, making the apartment ideal for families or friends.
The master bedroom impresses not only with its comfortable double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) but, above all, with its dreamlike sea view directly from the bed.
The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and also offers a cozy retreat.
The living comfort is complemented by a modern bathroom with a shower, which conveniently also houses a washing machine – a great advantage for longer stays or family vacations.
So that your vacation begins without worries, a basic supply of consumables is available upon arrival.
You can park your car safely and protected from the weather in the reserved parking space in the underground garage (please note the maximum entrance height of 2.00 meters).

Even the youngest guests have been thought of: a high chair and a travel cot with mattress (without bedding) are available free of charge in the apartment.

TOP Lage.Direkt an der Promenade.
Ein bisschen Krach sollte man allerdings vertragen können.
Zum Strand 4 Minuten Fussweg.
Schräg gegenüber ein Strand Restaurant, falls man mal keine Lust zum Kochen hat.
Ansonsten ist die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.
Bäcker, Pizzeria, Eiscafe alles fußläufig erreichbar.
PKW Stellplatz in einer Tiefgarage inklusive.
An den Fenstern fehlen Fliegengitter. Wir hatten bei unserem Aufenthalt große Probleme mit Mücken.
Und das Doppelbett knarrt und quietscht an jeder Ecke.
