The house is intended for families and quiet groups.

Due to the local regulation of Conil de la Frontera, it is forbidden to disturb the rest of neighbors and pedestrians.

Thus, noises likely to cause discomfort are not allowed during the night, from 11pm to 7am. The cozy apartment “Apartamento María Conil bajo” boasts a central location in the popular holiday destination Conil de la Frontera, but it is also very close to the sea.

It consists of a living room (with a sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom (with 2 single beds), as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (hot/cold), a television and a baby cot (under request, it might not be available because 2 apartments share the cot).

Also, in its private terrace you can relax with a cup of coffee or read a good book under the parasol in the morning.

Smoking inside the property is not allowed, just in the terrace. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
