Description
The holiday home "Watt'n Schipp" is located in the quiet, idyllic Warwerort with a view of fields and dyke. 350 m to the bathing area on the green beach (free of charge!) with showers, car park also available if required. There are 2 small restaurants/bistros in Warwerort (directly on the beach) and the restaurant on the golf course. The Dithmarschen Golf Club is approx. 3 minutes by car from the house. Meldorf harbour is approx. 5 km away (surfing possible). There is a mini-supermarket in Büsumer Deichhausen, 2 km away. To Büsum it is about 10 minutes by bike (4 km).

Please call the host at least 5 days before arrival to arrange the key handover. Check-In from 15:00 according to agreement (please arrange in advance) Check-In possible until 23:00 by arrangement Check-Out until 10:00 or by arrangement Bicycles available at no additional cost (no toddler bikes, no modern/new bikes or e-bikes), car parking space available, golf club hire: 10,-- EUR per day (please register in advance), surfboard hire: 5,-- EUR per day (please register in advance).

Description.
The bright flat "Kajüüt Luv" is modern, cosy and maritime furnished. There is a large living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen (cooker, oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartments, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, blender, crockery & co.), large windows facing south and west, electric shutters and plissées in the living-dining area. Also: Pleated blinds and blackout curtains in the bedroom, underfloor heating, parquet flooring, sofa bed (2m x 1.60m), recamiére for relaxing with a view of the dyke, wood-burning stove, large flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, dining table with 4 chairs, 2 bar stools, shelves, chest of drawers, coffee table, bedroom with bed (2m x 1.80m) and wardrobe, bathroom with window, walk-in shower, washing machine, mirror, balcony furniture and deckchairs. The sunny south-facing balcony is ideal for breakfast, lunch and coffee; on the west-facing balcony you can enjoy fantastic sunsets. The view into the garden across the fields to the dyke is indescribably beautiful - see for yourself!

Conditions/Extras
The beds are made on arrival, towels are provided. One-off house charge of EUR 30 per person (payable in cash on arrival). Beach towels are not available, please bring your own! Pick-up from the train station possible for rail travellers (please book at least 2 weeks in advance). Note: WLAN is available, but not always 100% reliable due to LTE connection - depending on the weather, there may be disruptions! Also only 2000 DSL. It is sufficient for e-mails, WhatsApp etc., but not for large uploads/downloads. Please call the landlord at least 5 days before arrival to hand over the keys.
Please note that this is a pet-free holiday flat.
