This ground-floor apartment has two bedrooms with a full bathroom and can accommodate up to 5 people. It is equipped with WIFI, air conditioning in the living room, and large ceiling fans in the bedrooms. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and another bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc. The living-dining room is furnished with a very comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table. There is a small private terrace with a table and chairs. There is a private parking space. The apartment is located within a beautiful and quiet property with a large communal pool and a well-maintained garden. You can sunbathe and relax peacefully around the pool (12m x 4.5m). It has child safety features.
There are sun loungers, tables, and outdoor chairs. The complex is excellently situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood.
The beach and all shops, supermarkets, newsagents, bars, and restaurants are a 100-meter walk away. Very close by is the "Muga" river, where the natural path following the river's course will lead you on long walks by bike, on foot, or running into the heart of the nature reserve. The location within the residence, the furniture, and the decoration may vary. - Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, and we do not accept pets. - The tourist tax is €2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights (children under 16 are exempt). Payable on arrival. - Groups of young people under 30 coming to enjoy the nightlife will not feel comfortable in this building, which is why we do not accept them. - For everyone's benefit and out of respect for the neighbors, we ask our tenants not to organize parties and not to make noise after 10:00 PM. - Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.

Le canapé est foutu inconfortable et la vaisselle n est pas adéquat pour 4 personnes
