Description
This exceptional holiday home is located in the centre of Wesselburen. It has a small front garden and an almost secluded, fenced garden at the back of the house. Car parking is possible directly in front of the house, opposite is the local, quiet police station. Wesselburen is supposedly already a town, but still has a village feel. From your holiday home you can reach the village square in just a few steps. In the middle is the Bartholomäus Church, and around it is an ice cream parlour, Italian restaurant, Elmen-Klause etc. On Wednesdays you can buy freshly caught fish at the small weekly market. You can also buy delicious North Sea prawns direct from Büsum. The supply in Wesselburen leaves hardly anything to be desired. In addition to the usual discounters such as Aldi, EDEKA, Netto and REWE, doctors and bicycle rental shops are within easy reach. Wesselburen is also an ideal base for trips to Büsum (approx. 12 km), St. Peter-Ording (approx. 25 km), Heide, Husum, Friedrichstadt etc., and the natural beach at Wesselburenerkoog is approx. 6 km away.

On 85 sqm, distributed over 2 levels, you will find a spacious living and dining area on the ground floor. Innovative and modern in design, it nevertheless radiates cosiness. Also on the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee machine, kettle, electric cooker with oven, as well as the usual kitchen utensils. Adjacent is the guest toilet with washing machine and access to the garden. Next to the lawn there is also a small walled terrace with seating. The garden with bicycle shed is completely fenced or overgrown, so that guest dogs also have a small run. All windows on the ground floor can be secured with sturdy external roller blinds. On the upper floor of the house there are 2 bedrooms for you to choose from. The north-facing bedroom, our "bamboo room" offers a cosy log bed with a free lying area of 180 x 200 cm. The second bedroom offers a modern metal bed, also with a lying surface of 180 x 200 cm. This room faces southwest. All beds are equipped with adjustable slatted frames in the head and foot sections. The spacious full-shower bathroom completes the upper floor.In the off-season, the rooms are heated according to regulations when the outside temperatures are cold. The outdoor sensor of the heating system is set so that the heating automatically provides appropriate heat. Of course, this can only be done with moderate ventilation and will not result in comfortable temperatures in every corner. Please bring towels/bed linen or pay a fee (EUR 20.00/per person), these costs as well as the costs for bringing pets max. 4 dogs (first dog EUR 70.-. For further animals prices by arrangement) are paid directly on site to the hosts.
