Sie wohnen in ruhigen Zimmer in Kressbronn ca. 100 m vom See entfernt, in ruhiger Umgebung, wenige Gehminuten vom Ortskern entfernt. Unser modern, mediterran eingerichtetes Haus, familiär, läßt Sie in jedem Zimmer ein gepflegtes Ambiente genießen. Ob Sie die hauseigene schöne Liegewiese wählen oder in das nahegelegene Freibad gehen wird von Ihrem persönlichen Tagesprogramm abhängen. Zur Schiffsanlegestelle gehen Sie nur 200 m weit. Nützen Sie die vielen Möglichkeiten rund um unser Haus. Kostenlose Parkplätze finden Sie direkt am Haus mit separater Fahrrad-Garage. Lassen Sie sich von dem vielfältigen Freizeit-Angebot am Bodensee inspirieren und genießen Sie die ausgesprochene Gastfreundschaft in dieser Region. Der Bodenseeradweg führt direkt am Gästehaus Rosenhof vorbei. Radtouren um den Bodensee auf dem Bodenseeradweg können Sie direkt bei uns starten. Ob mit dem Fahrrad, dem Dampfer oder dem Auto, lernen Sie Land und Leute kennen. Wer einmal da war, den zieht es immer an den schönen Bodensee.

Check-in and check-out regulation
Please contact your host in advance to inform him about your approximated time of arrival. Please always contact the landlord in good time before your arrival to confirm the key handover. Arrival is possible between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Departure between 08:00 and 10:30. In the event of a late arrival, we ask that you inform the host on the day of arrival. In special cases, arrival is also possible until 8:00 p.m. at the latest.

Differing cancellation conditions
Please note that a cancellation is free of charge if made 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.This is also the case should you arrive later or leave earlier because of bad weather conditions, sickness or any unforeseeable event. Cancellations are only accepted in writing. We recommend a travel insurance that you can book directly through our homepage.
