The ground floor includes a large bright living room with a fireplace, a Smart TV, WIFI equipment, and connected speakers distributed throughout the house. A very well-equipped open kitchen, perfect for pleasant family cooking moments or for the experienced cook, a small reading lounge, 1 dining room with a beautiful wooden table and 6 chairs. A very pretty double bedroom (160x200) with its en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, with access to the east-facing terrace equipped with its sofa and very comfortable sun loungers with cushions. A separate toilet and a pantry complete the tour of the ground floor. Upstairs, 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, fully equipped with USB Bluetooth connection: a pretty room with twin beds and the large charming bedroom (180x200 bed) with mosquito nets on the windows, a TV, and its balcony with outdoor seating offering an unobstructed view of the property on the southeast side and the village of Carces. They share a beautiful bathroom equipped with a shower and a bathtub, and a separate toilet. The entire house is equipped with recent quality bedding, with mattress toppers, ensuring your comfort and relaxing nights. Numerous relaxation areas are set up in the landscaped garden and terraces surround the house to enjoy the outdoors according to your wishes, the time of day, and your evenings. The generously sized pool (10.5m x 4.5m) is equipped with a counter-current system and a heat pump (for mid-season). A promise of pleasant swims from May onwards, and why not a fitness session… A hammock and magnificent sun loungers, with mattresses, promise you siestas in the sun or in the shade of the parasols.
