Our "Haus Krautloider" is located in the district of Groißenbach away from traffic on the edge of the forest. This guarantees pure peace and relaxation. Here you have direct access to popular walking and hiking trails and in winter the cross-country skiing trails run right outside the front door. Relax in our well-kept and fully equipped holiday flats. We offer cosy one- and two-room flats with balcony, fully equipped kitchen, shower/WC, TV and radio. Children are very welcome! We are happy to provide a cot and a high chair for the little ones. From our balconies you can enjoy the picturesque view of our mountain world and at the same time watch your children playing in the forest and on the meadow. In summer, our sunbathing lawn is at your disposal for a wonderful sunbath. Despite the secluded and quiet location of our house, you can reach the centre of the village on foot within 15 minutes, which invites you to take an evening stroll through our beautiful Reit im Winkl. Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

Arrival Description
Coming from the Bernau motorway, drive to Reit im Winkl, past the Tourist Information, turn left at the Huber electrical shop into the connecting road and then immediately left again at the end of the road into Weitseestraße. Follow this road for approx. 450 m and then turn right at the bend into Loferaustraße. Follow this road to the end and then turn into Krautloider Street.
