Information about the host
In a quiet residential area, just a few steps from the Hegerreiterstraße tram stop, our guests stay in a dreamlike old building ambience. You can reach Dresden's Old Town or Neustadt in around 10 to 15 minutes by tram or car. You will find shops for your daily needs and restaurants within walking distance. Nature lovers can relax in the nearby forest. Many beautiful excursion destinations, such as Pillnitz Castle, Moritzburg Castle and Saxon Switzerland are waiting to be explored by you. The renovated old flat with 200 square metres on the first floor of a historic town house is ideal for overnight guests travelling with several people. It offers enough space for 10 people and can easily accommodate a further 5 people. Pets are allowed in the flat. They cost EUR 15.00 per night. Free parking is available on the street in front of the villa.

Arrival and departure regulations
The holiday flat is available to guests from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure. Early occupancy or delayed vacating of the holiday flat is only possible by prior arrangement. Please note that the city of Dresden charges an accommodation tax per overnight stay. All information on the tax can be found here: http://www.dresden.de/de/rathaus/dienstleistungen/beherbergungssteuer_d115.php?shortcut=beherbergungssteuer. The tax is not included in the booked holiday price. The key handover on arrival takes place personally by arrangement, please inform us a few days before arrival about your planned arrival time. If you still have to pay a balance when the keys are handed over, please make sure you pay appropriately and in cash. Please note that the landlord will charge 50% of the daily rate for departures after 11 am, unless otherwise agreed.

Different cancellation conditions of the host
Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the travel price.

Important payment information and other conditions
A deposit of 80% is due with the booking or at the latest 60 days before arrival. The host will contact you directly regarding this. The prices quoted do not include bed tax. The bed tax must be paid on site.

Description of the unit
You will stay in 5 separate, lovingly and individually designed bedrooms, all of which can be reached via the spacious hallway. 1st bedroom "Sunflower" is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe and a couch, which can also be used as a sofa bed if required. 2nd bedroom "Veilchen" is suitable for children, but can also be used by an adult. A single bed is available here, which can be pulled out and thus a second bed can be used by another person if required. A wardrobe and painting table are also available here. 3rd bedroom "Lilie" has a double bed, a chest of drawers and an open wardrobe, as well as a couch that can be converted into a sofa bed if required. A loggia with a cosy seating area adjoins this room. 4th The "Kornblume" bedroom has two single beds. A beautiful rustic wardrobe and a cosy seating area are available. 5th bedroom "Rose" also has a double bed, as well as a sofa bed and a television. Adjacent to the bedroom is a loggia with a large couch island that invites you to relax. The large dining table is located in the eat-in kitchen, which is generously equipped with a 4-ring hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. In addition to a full range of crockery, pots and pans and kitchen utensils, there is also a kettle, toaster and a filter and Nespresso coffee machine. Guests have access to a spacious living room with a sofa area and television. A small balcony can be reached via the living room. The main bathroom with natural light is equipped with two washbasins, a toilet and a bathtub with a glass shower enclosure. A second, smaller bathroom with washbasin, toilet, shower and washer-dryer is also available. The holiday flat is rounded off with a cosy garden seating area in our farm garden, which is exclusively available to guests of the flat. Dogs are allowed in the holiday flat and cost EUR 15.00 per night. A baby cot and high chair can be booked for EUR 5.00 per night. Please note: From 01.01.2024, bed linen and towels are no longer automatically included in the booking price. You have the option of bringing your own bed linen, towels and tea towels or booking a linen package for EUR 10 per person.
