The apartment is located on the ground floor of a one-family house with a separate entrance area and can be reached via 35 steps. The lovingly arranged facility is ideal for two people. The living and sleeping area with its three rooms is very spacious and bright. The associated garden terrace offers you a fantastic view and invites you to soak up the sun, but also to end the day comfortably. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a new bathroom with Wellness-shower.The living area and the bathroom were completly renovated in 2023 and 2024. Großzügige Ferienwohnung mit rund 80 m² in ruhiger und sonniger Lage mit aussichtsreichen Blick in den Schwarzwald, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Ortskern von Baiersbronn entfernt. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Ein-Familienhauses mit separaten Eingangsbereich und ist über 40 Treppenstufen zu erreichen. Die liebevoll zusammengestellte Einrichtung ist ideal für 1-2 Personen. Der Wohn- und Schlafbereich mit seinen 3 Zimmern ist sehr geräumig und hell. Die dazugehörige Gartenterrasse bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick und lädt zum Sonne tanken, aber auch zum gemütlichen Tagesausklang z. B. mit Grillen ein. Hinzu kommen eine gut ausgestattete Einbauküche und ein Bad mit Wellness-Dusche. Der Wohnbereich und das Bad wurden in 2023 und 2024 komplett saniert und neu gestaltet. Für Fahrräder gibt es einen Abstellmöglichkeit in einer hauseigenen Garage (gegen Aufpreis). Der Ortskern von Baiersbronn ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger aber auch Restaurants und eine gemütliche Bier- und Weinstube sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Kinderspielplatz ist nur 100 m entfernt. Im Haus befindet sich ein Naturkosmetikstudio.
