Different cancellation conditions of the host
Cancellations up to 2 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged at 80% of the price of the entire booking.

Tourist tax information
The city of Constance levies a tourism and climate protection tax of 5.6% on the booked overnight price for all travellers aged 18 and over. This tax is charged in addition to the accommodation costs and is paid in full to the city of Constance. We will show this separately on the final invoice.

Important payment information and other conditions
The host reserves the right to request a deposit and will contact you directly in this regard. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site.

The extra for the female soul can be found in the 47° on the 6th floor, the "Ladies Floor". Just a few steps away from the SPA oasis, femininity takes centre stage, as "ladies first" applies here. Not only the feminine colour scheme, but also a full-length mirror in the room and fluffy bathrobes ensure a special sense of well-being. For the personal equipment of your little "refuge" while travelling, we recommend the special "extras" with special offers such as a hot water bottle for cosy hours or a selection of women's and lifestyle magazines (for an extra charge), which you are welcome to choose before your arrival. These rooms are also equipped with a safe, hairdryer, desk, telephone and satellite TV. The bathroom has a shower and WC.
