Welcome to our historic house with three unique holiday flats. The history of the Klosterhof dates back to the 16th century. The mixture of exposed half-timbering, original painted walls and industrial design furnishings creates a charm all of its own. All our flats are newly furnished. The house is located 150 metres from the lake. There are excellent restaurants, children's playgrounds and a lido along the lakeside promenade. The SeeGang premium trail starts almost on our doorstep. Around the corner, in the historic town centre, there is a bakery, butcher's shop and grocery shop. Bus, train and boat stops are just a few metres away. With the EchtBodenseeCard, use of the bus and train in the bodo transport network is free of charge. The beautiful towns of Constance, Überlingen, Meersburg and the world-famous flower island of Mainau can be reached by a scenic boat trip from Sipplingen. Common areas for our guests: foyer, old distillery with washer-dryer and cleaning equipment, 19th century stable with children's toys, games, books and puzzles, terrace garden with deckchairs, garden furniture and barbecue. Car park. The price includes bed linen and towels, beach bag with parasol and picnic blanket (for visiting the beach), first aid kit, cleaning products, tea towels, toilet paper, water, electricity and heating, final cleaning, hi-speed WiFi, cable TV and 7% VAT. Please note that the apartment can only be rented to people aged 24 and over. Young people under the age of 18 can only book/arrive if accompanied by their parents. Bicycles can be rented on site.

Different cancellation conditions of the host
Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the travel price.

Tourist tax information
The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site. Tourist tax incl. ECHT BODENSEE CARD & BODENSEECARD WEST The tourist tax is per person and night from 15 years: 01 April - 31 October: EUR 3.90 01 November - 31 March: EUR 2.50

Description of the unit
The very nice flat on the 1st floor with lake view is furnished in modern industrial style. The 70sqm flat is divided into hallway, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. In the living room there is a leather sofa bed for 2 persons. The fully equipped kitchen has 4 induction hobs, oven with grill, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. Timber framing from the 16th century and original painted walls from the 19th century have been uncovered in the entrance area and bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed (hotel quality mattress and slatted frame). The bathroom has towels, stool, laundry basket, heated towel rail and hairdryer. The flat is ideal for couples or families with children. We are happy to provide a travel cot and high chair for small children.
