Unser Haus befindet sich im Ortszentrum von Wasserburg am Bodensee in ruhiger Lage. Zum See sind es gerade mal 10 Gehminuten. Wasserburg ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, wenn man aktiv werden möchte, wie z.B. um eine Schiff- oder Bootsfahrt zu machen, dem Pfänder (unserem "Hausberg" auf der österreichischen Seite) einen Besuch abzustatten (Infos vor Ort) oder einfach um das Leben in dieser schönen Gegend bei gutem, lokalen Wein & Essen zu genießen.
Differing cancellation conditions
until the 45. day prior arrival 10%, at least 25Euro; until the 30. day prior arrival 25%;until the 22. day prior arrival 50%; afterwards 80%; in case of a no-show 90% will be charged.

Description of the accommodation
Die Ferienwohnung ist 55qm groß und befindet sich im Erdgeschoß. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett, ein Baby-Reisebett kann auf Wunsch dazugestellt werden. Im Wohnbereich finden 1-2 weitere Personen eine Schlafmöglichkeit (Sofabett) sowie der Zugang zur eigenen Terrasse. In der voll ausgestatteten Wohnküche befindet sich eine Sitzecke, die zum gemütlichen Verweilen einlädt. Das helle Badezimmer ist mit Dusche und WC ausgestattet.
