Washing machine and dryer are available for an extra charge. Baby crib and high chair are available on request free of charge. Please understand that on a farm it also smells like animals! Dogs on request. Attention: Due to the sharp rise in energy prices, I must now unfortunately charge an energy surcharge for brought coolers and fans. I ask for your understanding. As a vacation home I do NOT keep a 24-hour reception or staff around the clock. It is imperative that you arrange a check-in period before your arrival, as I have work commitments and otherwise can not receive you! Please contact me by phone one hour before your arrival so that we can arrange an arrival time. Please also be sure to keep the latest check-in time, otherwise I may not be at home. Welcome to the Rosenhof, a farmhouse from 1812 with horses. Newly built in 2013, our three-star holiday flat offers a delightful and relaxing stay in comfortable and lovingly furnished rooms. You will stay in a spacious 2-room flat (54sqm) with bright rooms and a fully equipped kitchen with many extras, including dishwasher, toaster, table linen. We provide vinegar, oil, many herbs and spices, coffee and tea for free. And ironing board and iron are also available, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The large (18sqm) all-round balcony, a tranquil and sheltered place, invites you to relax and enjoy a glass of wine from the local vineyards. You will be surrounded by fields, woods and meadows here. We look forward to children and dogs! Our horses, the dog and the cats live directly at the house. Our extras: bed linen and towels included, as well as an extensive collection of games, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, DVDs, a well-chosen assortment of books for big and little people, and Wi-Fi. We offer a variety of things for the kids, e.g. a tricycle, high chair, games, jigsaws, secure sockets in all rooms, a baby bottle warmer, pots, children's dishes etc. Kids up to the age of four stay for free! Many loving details will make you feel at ease. If requested, you will be provided with seasonal, organic vegetables and fruit from our own garden, fresh herbs, our own jam, and breakfast eggs from naturally reared chicken. It's 10 minutes by car to the A5 and the station in Herbolzheim, and there is a good bus connection to and from Broggingen. Enjoy daytrips to the Europa Park (13 minutes) or many other activities in the surrounding area, e.g. the forest climbing garden in Bombach; stroll through Freiburg, make an excursion to the Steinwasenpark, experience art and culture in Basel, Strasbourg and Colmar. Or maybe take the cable car up Mount Schauinsland? Ski on Mount Feldberg? The Hohkönigsburg chateau in nearby Alsace is also worth a visit. An 18- and 9-hole golf course can be reached in 5 minutes; just like the heated swimming baths in Herbolzheim and two lakes in the surrounding area. In the nearby Kinzigtal valley, you can find further sights. An extensive hiking area awaits exploration. There are very well developed cycling paths, mountain bikers also get their fill. Romantic boat trips can be enjoyed in the Taubergießen nature reserve. There is a restaurant with good traditional fare in the village. Our "own" mountain, the Prophet, offers fantastic sunsets, views of the Rhine Valley and the Vosges. We look forward to you!

Check-in and check-out regulation
Dear guests, please contact me 1 hour before your arrival by phone at +49 16092468281 to discuss your arrival time. It is not possible to check in after 20:00. Please comply with the specified check - In times. If you are a visitor to the Europapark theme park, please pick up the keys to your accommodation in advance, as it is not possible to check in after 20:00, as I am no longer in the house. Please fill out the Holidu check-in form, which was sent to you by email, in full, including your address. This will help the host prepare for your stay in the best possible way.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.

Important payment information and other conditions
Your host may ask for a deposit and will get in touch with you directly. Please note that a deposit of 300,00 EUR is to be deposited with the host on the day of arrival.
