Information about the host
All our rooms are equipped with digital satellite television, a Nespresso coffee maker, an electric kettle (except for the single rooms), a refrigerator, a radio alarm clock, a hairdryer, a room safe and also telephone. Free Internet access via WLAN is available in all the rooms. Start your holidays with our breakfast-buffet ( 7,50 EUR p.P.) A Tablet PC is available for use in each of our rooms. This gives you free access via our subscription to a digital collection of over 150 magazines! Two small communal kitchens on the floors are equipped with microwave, induction hotplate and electric kettle. A selection of drinks is available for you (almost at cost price). On request, you can borrow bathrobes and bath towels for the Vita Classica Thermal Spa, Sauna Paradise and Wellness House. On request, we offer a pickup service from the railway station.

Please contact your host in advance to inform them about your approximated time of arrival.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information
Please note that the prices do not include the visitors' tax. Should a visitors' tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.

Important payment information and other conditions
A deposit of up to 90% of the travel price is due upon booking. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site.

Description of the accommodation
The single room is equipped with a bed, an upholstered armchair, a chair and a desk. You can share the communal kitchen on the floor. The bathroom is fitted with shower and WC. In good weather, you can relax on the balcony. At our breakfast service point, you can start a nice and relaxing day with our tea and coffee specialties. We offer you a bread roll service and other regional products - at cost price.
