Herzlich willkommen im Haus Weyers. Das Haus befindet sich in einer absolut ruhigen, sonnigen und seenahen Lage. Das Strandbad, die Anlegestelle der Bodenseeflotte und das Ortszentrum von Kressbronn sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die tolle Lage des Hauses und die freundliche Einrichtung der Wohnung sind eine ideale Basis für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Description of the accommodation
Die hellen Räume der Ferienwohnung sind hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung hat ca. 70qm und besteht aus 2 getrennten Schlafzimmern, einem Wohn-Esszimmer mit großem Balkon, einer Küche und einem Bad mit Dusch/Badewanne. Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett 180cm x 200cm ausgestattet und das andere Zimmer hat ein Bett mit 140cm x 200cm. Zum Wohnzimmer gehören ein Flachbild-TV, Musikanlage, DVD Spieler, Essplatz, Sitzgarnitur/Schlafcouch. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Backofen, Ceranfeld mit 4 Platten, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster. Für Ihr Auto ist ein eigener, kostenloser Stellplatz vorhanden und Ihre Fahrräder können Sie in der abschließbaren Garage unterstellen. Im Garten gibt es einen Grillplatz. In unseren Mietpreisen sind Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Endreinigung enthalten. Gerne stellen wir Ihnen auch kostenlos ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl zur Verfügung. Bitte beachten Sie, dass es sich um eine Nichtraucherwohnung handelt und dass das Mitbringen von Haustieren nicht gestattet ist.
