Description
This detached holiday home is located on the edge of the historic spa and cultural town of Baden-Baden. It is situated at the end of a quiet side valley on a large open estate. It is surrounded by a 20m x 3m terrace. From there you have a direct view of the Black Forest mountains. The short path to the forest leads to many hiking trails through the mountains and paths to the Rebland with its picturesque villages. These paths are also ideal for joggers and mountain bikers. The holiday home consists of two separate holiday flats of approx. 120 square metres each, each with five beds. Our holiday home therefore offers space for 10 to 15 people. From 5 persons you can also rent both flats together, i.e. both holiday flats. The holiday flat on the upper floor was completely renovated in summer 2007. The holiday home has its own driveway up to the terrace. You can enter the house via the terrace without any obstacles and it is therefore also suitable for people with motor disabilities. Free WLAN in the house. There are two riding stables and some pastures (paddocks) in Gunzenbachtal. You will therefore regularly meet riders and horses there. The city centre of Baden-Baden can be reached by car in less than 5 minutes. On foot through the well-known Lichtentalerallee (park without car traffic) you can reach the centre and the spa district in about ½ hour. There is a bus stop (minibus) in Gunzenbachstraße 5 minutes' walk from the house with a connection to the city centre. Further information can be found on the website of the city of Baden-Baden: www.baden-baden.de (Tourism). There is also information about the sights and leisure facilities. There are numerous restaurants and cafés in Baden-Baden and the surrounding area. Even if you are self-catering, you will find everything you need. The Baden-Baden train station is about 8 kilometres from the house and the Baden-Airpark is about 25 kilometres away.

The upper flat has a 35 square metre living area and 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds, including one bedroom in which the beds can be separated. In the living area there is a large sitting area, which can also be used as a sofa bed for 2 people, and a dining area with a large table. The bedrooms are divided into two double rooms and one single room. The large and modern kitchen is fully equipped. Modern bathroom with bathtub, WC and separate shower area. There is an additional guest toilet in the cloakroom area. The living room is equipped with a large, modern flat screen TV. There is a music system and a DVD player and an X-Box. Free WLAN. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided. Car parking spaces available.
