Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Obergeschoss mit herrlichem Ausblick nach Osten, Süden und Westen. Das Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher Eckbank, SAT-TV und Couch beherbergt auch die dritte Schlafgelegenheit. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett und Schrank ausgestattet und hat ein eigenes Waschbecken. Es gibt eine separate Küche. Das Bad hat Dusche, Waschbecken und WC.
