Unser Haus mit drei Ferienwohnungen befindet sich in ruhiger, sonniger Lage,am westlichen Ortsrand des heilklimatischen Kurortes Schluchsee - ganz ohne Verkehrslärm ist die Erholung im Urlaub garantiert, denn unser Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse, dennoch sind es nur wenige Minuten zur Ortsmitte und an den See. Die Einkäufe können in einem Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe (ca. 300 m) erledigt werden. Private Parkplätze sind kostenfrei vorhanden, ebenso wie Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder und Motorräder, Ski und Schlitten usw. Unsere drei Ferienwohnungen sind alle mit Balkon oder Terrasse, SAT-TV und komplett eingerichteter Einbauküche ausgestattet.

Differing cancellation conditions
Until the 45. day prior arrival 10%, at least 25Euro; until the 30. day prior arrival 25%; until the 22. day prior arrival 50%; afterwards 80%; in case of a no-show 90% will be charged.

Die 36qm große Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnungen liegt auf der 1. Etage und verfügt über einen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist mit komfortablen Vogelauer-Bauernmöbeln eingerichtet, es gibt eine Küchenzeile sowie SAT-TV und CD/Radio-Player, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Parkplätze sind direkt beim Haus.
