Description
Our bright and spacious holiday apartment with balcony (mountain view) and large garden is situatet in a small village 5 km from Lindau island. Our house is ideal for children with much to discover on the playground and with the small animals in the garden. Relax on the deck chairs and terrace with barbecue fireplace. Unterreitnau is an idyllic location surroundet by meadows, woods and orchards. The bus service, which runs every 30 minutes from near to the house, is another means of eyploring the interesting surrounding area.
Check-in and check-out regulation
Arrival is possible from 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the accommodation is available until 10:00 a.m. Please always contact the landlord in good time before your arrival to confirm the key handover.
Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
Tourist tax information
The indicated prices do not include the tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site. Detailed information about the tourist tax and the guest card can be found here.

The granny annexe of our fruit and holiday farm in a quiet location is suitable for families with children as well as for guests seeking peace and quiet, as our large (2000sqm) well-kept garden plot with playground and petting animals as well as various seating areas meets all needs. Our non-smoking flat, which is attractively furnished with matching details, was completely renovated in winter 2016 and newly furnished with high-quality furniture in country house style. The apartment is 60 sqm in size and is suitable for 1-4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a living/dining room, a fully equipped separate kitchen and a bathroom with window. A covered terrace (facing south) directly by the living room, as well as a parking space by the house are also part of the flat.
