Our flat house was completed in 1987 and is situated in a prime location, directly in the spa area at Herbert-Hellmann-Allee 19-21b in Bad Krozingen. The flat house 'Appartements am Park' is surrounded by a beautiful green area. Here you will find everything you need to make your stay an enjoyable experience. The thermal baths and sauna paradise Vita Classica, the wellness centre, the Kurhaus, the tourist information office, the spa and baths administration and several clinics are just a few steps away. Shopping facilities are a 10-minute walk away in the village. Our comfortably and cosily furnished one- and two-room flats as well as two-room "Comfort" flats are the ideal starting point for your activities in the nearby and distant Baden region. The neighbouring hotel will be happy to spoil you with a rich breakfast buffet or good Baden cuisine. The quiet and central location promises a pleasant and relaxing stay. Our house has lifts, bicycle storage, wheelchair ramps, underground parking, disabled parking directly in front of the house, as well as a large garden courtyard. All flats have a balcony or terrace, Internet/Wifi, kitchen, bathroom/WC, LCD/LED cable TV, radio/CD, kitchen with kettle, toaster, coffee machine and microwave as well as everything for daily household needs. Of course you will also find bed linen and towels. We also provide the initial supply of hand soap, toilet paper and bin liners. Our 1-room apartments/holiday flats have a living space of 37-45 square metres with kitchen and dining area. The 2-room apartments/holiday flats with a living space of 56-60 square metres also have a washing machine and microwave. In our 2-room comfort apartments/holiday flats with 60-82 square metres of living space, dishwashers are also available. The bathrooms in the 60 square metre comfort flats were renovated to a high standard in 2012/13. For guests with limited mobility, 3 car parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. All flats have an underground car park (4-car garage box). Larger vehicles do not fit in the box. You have the option of renting a parking space at ground level in the apartment building or at the tourist information centre.
Arrival and departure regulations
Thanks to our keyboy (key issue system), arrival is possible from 14:30 at any time. Check-out on the day of departure is at 10 am.
Different cancellation conditions of the host
Cancellations are generally made in writing or by fax or email. Verbal agreements made by telephone are not binding in the event of subsequent legal disputes. For booked services, the agreed fee must be paid even if the booking is later cancelled by the customer or the customer does not show up (§§552 BGB). The expenses saved for flats amount to 10 % for overnight stays. The cancellation conditions for and additional services including the saved expenses are Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the travel price.
Tourist tax information
The tourist tax is currently EUR 2.80 per person per night. From 50% SBH, you pay a reduced tourist tax (2.24 EUR)

The host reserves the right to request a deposit and will contact you directly in this regard. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site.

The kitchen offers a microwave, toaster, glasses, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and much more. Some of the fitted kitchens are equipped with an oven and ceramic hob. For details, please refer to the respective description of the 1-room flats. The living area is furnished with a double bed (partly separable) as well as a sofa corner and a TV.
