Willkommen bei der Familie Merk in Immenstaad am Bodensee. Wir bieten Ihnen einen unvergesslichen Bodenseeurlaub in unseren liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern oder in einer unserer Ferienwohnungen. Gemütliche Augenblicke, nahe dem Wasser, verbringen Sie in unserem Café oder privaten Badestrand direkt am See. Genießen Sie Ihren Bodenseeurlaub von Beginn an. Ihre Familie Merk Leider haben wir im Gebäudeteil mit den Ferienwohnungen keinen Aufzug für unsere Gäste, um in die oberen Stockwerke zu gelangen.
Unsere Ferienwohnungen sind mit einer Küchenzeile ausgestattet und zur Selbstverpflegung.
Frühstücksoptionen bei den Ferienwohnungen sind je nach Verfügbarkeit und gegen Aufpreis, nur direkt beim Gastgeber buchbar.


Check-in and check-out regulation
Arrival is possible from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the accommodation is available until 10:00 a.m. Please always contact the landlord in good time before your arrival to confirm the key handover.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
