If you want to completely relax in a peaceful natural environment, this fantastic holiday home is the ideal choice for your holiday.
It is located in Manjadvorci, a small village halfway between the towns of Labin and Pula.
The interiors are furnished with quality and style and fully adapted to today's standards.
The fenced garden is dominated by a large covered terrace and a pool with hydromassage jets.
In addition to the fenced plot, there is an additional plot with many facilities to entertain the little ones.
The owners also own the Barba Tone Ranch, which is located near the house and where you can learn horse riding.
For experienced riders, we recommend exploring the surrounding area on organised excursions with horses or quad bikes.
There is also a small zoo on the ranch where your children will enjoy spending time with pets.
Visit the Glavani adrenaline park, Fetinsko kraljevstvo cave, Uvala Blaz and Krniki Porat and discover the traditional gastronomic offer of this area.
Be sure to visit the tourist centres of Rovinj, Porec, Rabac, but also ancient Pula, known for its rich cultural heritage.

Sehr schönes Haus für Familien mit Kindern. Die Pferderanch vom Eigentümer befindet sich gleich hinter dem Haus. Da auch Ziegen und andere Tiere auf der Ranch leben ist der Geruch manchmal sehr intensiv.
Toller Komfort ausser eine total verkalkte Kaffeemaschine und ein fehlender Wasserkocher.

The house is fabulous, very modern, clean, comfortable..
Next door is a horse ranch/farm, so there are frequent animal noices to be heard (horses, mini pigs, goats..)
Owner are very adaptable and nice - we were allowed to stay few hours after check out and we are very grateful for that..
So if farm environment is not a problem - it is overall excellent!

Wir hatten einen wünderschönen Urlaub. Der Geruch der pferderanch darf einen nicht stören, der manchmal sehr intensiv - v. a. bei Regen.
Wir haben uns die Preise (für Ende August 2023) fürs Folgejahr angesehen, die haben sich pro Nacht mehr als verdoppelt. Das ist es uns nicht wert.
Ansonsten sehr nette Vermieter, eine gute Ausstattung und ein nettes Anwesen.
