Situated in the municipality of Ardales, this accommodation offers the perfect combination of tranquility and nature, ideal for families and groups of up to 4 people. Its private plot has a small marsh with a waterfall and is surrounded by a well-kept garden with lawn and a variety of plants 🌸. The house is filled with natural light throughout the day thanks to its strategic location. Enjoy unforgettable moments in the large private swimming pool with a non-heated jacuzzi and a barbecue area perfect for preparing outdoor meals 🍖. The access is easy, although it includes a one kilometre stretch of unpaved, compacted earth, suitable for any vehicle 🚗.



At the entrance you will be greeted by a porch with benches and a jasmine aisle that fills the atmosphere with a relaxing aroma in the evening 🌼. Inside, the 80 m² flat is divided into two floors: the upper floor houses the master bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, as well as a desk ideal for working with a laptop 💻. On the ground floor you will find a comfortable living-dining room with a wood-burning fireplace for cool nights and an open-plan kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee machine and more) to make your stay comfortable and practical 🍳.



The second bedroom, overlooking the outdoor terrace and the natural landscape, offers a cosy space to rest and store your luggage. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower and is spacious, and for added convenience, there is a separate toilet near the swimming pool, so you won't get wet when you enter the house 🚿.



This accommodation is located just a few minutes from key points such as the Coviran supermarket and the centre of Ardales (3 km), the Conde de Guadalhorce Reservoir (9 km) and the Desfiladero de los Gaitanes Natural Park (18 km), where El Caminito del Rey is located, a popular destination for nature lovers and hikers 🏞️. It is also within easy reach of various leisure options, beaches, golf courses and theme parks in and around Malaga.
