The Palazzu is composed of two buildings: the Bastion (lower part) and the Castle (upper part). Residence "Le Palazzu", built in 2016. 48 apartments in the residence.
On the outskirts Porto-Vecchio, in an elevated position on a slope, 1 km from the sea, 10 km from the beach.
For shared use: swimming pool (20 x 8 m, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener.
In the complex: air conditioning.
Steep motor access (via unmade road). Parking.
Shop 1 km, grocery 400 m, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 230 m, sandy beach 8 km. Marina 1 km, golf course (9 hole) 6 km, tennis 2 km, riding stable 3 km. Nearby attractions: Figari 21 km, Bonifacio 25 km, Solenzara 40 km, Iles Lavezzi.
Hiking paths: L'Ospedale, Réserve Naturelle de Bonifacio.

Groot, compleet ingericht appartement in een appartementengebouw.

Het appartement was groot en schoon en ligt in een rustige buurt. De haven en de oude stad zijn op loopafstand. Een supermarkt is dichtbij. We konden een paar uur eerder het appartement in, toen we dit vroegen bij Interhome, de plaatselijke vertegenwoordigers.
Bij het zwembad waren geen voorzieningen als ligstoelen.
Een late checkout, waarom we meteen bij aankomst vroegen bij Interhome, was niet mogelijk. Interhome verwees hiervoor naar Holidu. Toen ik Holidu hierover vroeg verwezen zijn me naar Interhome. Holidu was verder wel behulpzaam, maar het lukte me niet om dit geregeld te krijgen.

Tout est parfait dans ce très bel appartement. D'une propreté irréprochable, il est très bien agencé, et parfaitement équipé. Il dispose surtout d'un très grand balcon, depuis lequel la vue est véritablement à couper le souffle.
Nous l'avons quitté à regret, avec la ferme intention d'y revenir le plus vite possible !

Super appartement, une vue de dingue sur le port et la mer et de belles prestations. À moins de 10 minutes à pied du cœur de porto vecchio et moins de 5 min du port , emplacement idéal.
Seul petit hic le matelas du lit convertible, disons que c’est pas un vrai lit alors pour les personnes lourdes (85kg) c’est pas l’idéal.
Mais je recommande cet appartement, n’hésitez pas !!
