Verouderde woning met prachtige ruime tuin in mooie omgeving

De omheinde tuin waar voldoende ruimte was en uitzicht op schapen en andere dieren.
Tijdens aankomst was het ijskoud in de woning en hing er een muffe geur. De woning kon met de elektrische kachels verwarmd worden maar de warmte verdween weer snel en kosten voor elektriciteit liepen snel op.

water van douche geen druk,vuile koffiemachine vuile potten en pannen alle verwarming op electriciteit kan je niet regelen,hout moet je bijbetalen matrassen aan vervanging toe
