Villa with private garden, a short walk from the clear sea of the Ostuni coast.
Blue Sea Villa Aquilone is located within the Mare Blu 1 Village, in the center of the Ostuni coast, and offers many services that guests can access for an entrance fee, such as a communal swimming pool, tennis and five-a-side football courts, and an amphitheater.
The independent, newly built villa consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a double sofa bed, TV, and dining table.
The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. The house is surrounded by a private garden with an outdoor shower, barbecue, and a veranda furnished with a table and armchairs. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heat pump heating are available in the accommodation. Guests can use uncovered parking on the driveway leading to the villa. *Use of the swimming pool is NOT included in the price. The swimming pool is open from June 15 to September 15. A cot and high chair are available upon request at an extra cost of €25 per stay. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, a tourist tax may be requested, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.

Moving west is Taranto, the heart of Magna Graecia, and finally Matera, characterized by its Sassi (cave dwellings) and European Capital of Culture 2019. The nearest airports are Brindisi (30 minutes) and Bari (60 minutes).

Ottima location immersa nel verde e a pochi metri dal mare, con un sacco di servizi intorno, comprese piscine, bar, ristoranti, panifici... La struttura é perfetta, finemente arredata e ben curata, compreso il giardino all',ingresso.Ottima anche la gestione e l',organizzazione.

Belle villa , proche de la mer et à 10 min d’Ostuni. Lits confortables. Très bonne communication avec le personnel de l’agence, ils se rendent disponibles. Nous avons été bien accueilli. Je recommande cette villa pour visiter la région.

Logisticamente al centro di tutto: paesi da visitare /, spiagge /, ristoranti.Villa immersa nel verde.Quiete /, Tranquillità /, RelaxLa grande doccia esterna ....... un tocca sano , mai utilizzata quella interna!!!
Indubbiamente è una villa per famiglia ma, un bagno in più sarebbe stato il TOP.Capisco le regole della ",casa", ma, se il check out fosse stato alle 11.00 sarei stato più felice
