House and surroundings The 3 room apartment is located in a chalet with two families. The chalet is in a very quiet location with direct access to the house where parking spaces are available. It is situated on a south-facing slope with a clear view of Innertkirchen and the Grimsel area. The access road ends in the nearby forest and is not a through road. The village centre of Innertkirchen (shopping facilities, restaurants) is about 1.5 km away. In winter snow chains are essential as the road to the house rises steeply.
Interior The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a large, newly built (2019) kitchen-living room with a 4-plate stove and refrigerator with freezer, there is a large dining table, a living room (parquet floor) with a tiled stove (stove can be heated), 2 double bedrooms with newly laid fitted carpets, shower/WC (renovated 2019). (living space 85 m2), The apartment is centrally heated by a heat pump.
Further information The apartment is suitable for families, there is a cot and a high chair (Tripp-Trapp) available as well as toys and board games.
