The vacation apartment is located on the second floor of our farm (no animals).It has two bedrooms in country style, a kitchen-living room with dining area and a leather couch with ottoman and coffee table.
In addition, the apartment has a bathroom with shower/WC and bathroom radiator/towel warmer.
Outdoors
The associated balcony is accessible from the kitchen-living room, as well as from one of the bedrooms.

Welcome to Gästehaus Grechinglehen,we are located above Berchtesgaden in the district of Oberau, at an altitude of 860 m.In our farm (without animal husbandry) we offer several rooms and a vacation apartment on the second floor.
The equipment ranges from shower / WC to balcony / terrace / lawn.
All rooms have flat screen satellite TV's and free WLAN.A guest refrigerator is available outside the room.
All rooms are equipped with bright furniture in country style.

Familiäre Atmosphäre in ruhiger Lage mit sehr schönem Panorama-Blick.
Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichen und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut, auch in den Ferien.
Außerdem war alles wie beschrieben, demnach kann ich diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!
Das W-Lan könnte ein wenig besser sein, für E-Mails und WhatsApp reicht es.
Einen Beitrag auf Youtube oder ein Film auf Netflix sind aber mit langen Ladezeiten verbunden (ist aber auch mal gut nicht so oft Zeit im netz zu verbringen ;-)
Insgesamt aber trotzdem eine sehr sehr gute Unterkunft :-)
