Information about the host Welcome to the family-friendly vacation apartment at the Mariengrund.
Our house is located in a quiet, sunny but central location.From here there are countless hiking opportunities, only about 30 minutes walk away is the picturesque Königssee.Nearby are restaurants as well as shopping facilities.
To the next bus stop it is about 3 minutes walk.
Free parking directly in front of the house.
The apartment is bookable all year round.
Children are welcome! terms/extras The above prices are plus spa tax of EUR 3.10 for adults, EUR 1.55 for children/young people from 7 to 16 years of age and EUR 0.00 for children from 0 to 6 years of age per person and day of stay. (subject to change) Arrival Description You drive from the A8 Munich direction Salzburg.
Take the exit Bad Reichenhall.
This is the last exit before the Austrian border. (VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) From Bad Reichenhall on the B20 follow the signs to Berchtesgaden.You will pass through the towns of Bad Reichenhall, Bayerisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen and finally come to the big traffic circle at the train station Berchtesgaden.From there take the exit to Schönau, and follow the main road.
After about 1 km turn right onto Untersteinerstraße.
After another 1.5 km turn right into Grabenweg.We wish you a pleasant journey! Description of the accommodation The friendly house offers a 55 m² large and cozy three bed attic apartment.The apartment has a nice, bright living and sleeping area and a spacious eat-in kitchen, enough space for a small family.
On request, we can also provide you with a travel cot for children.
The balcony offers you the best view of the Berchtesgaden mountains.

Angenehme Bettwäsche und Matratzen. Kopfkissen haben wir allerdings selber mitgebracht. Herrlich, der warme Fußboden im Badezimmer 😊
