We are happy to welcome you in our flat, our wooden log house. Our property is located directly on the quiet Schlierbach. Enjoy the beautiful, unobstructed view of the meadows and mountains in front of you. A guest parking space is available to you free of charge. The approx. 48 sqm flat has its own entrance. Board games and books are available. Towels, shampoo, soap and hairdryer are available free of charge. You can store your bicycles in a dry place. We are looking forward to your visit! Environment description
Several hikes and mountain bike tours can be undertaken directly from the house. Since the property is located directly on the cross-country skiing trail, our guests also like to come to us in winter. The nearest skiing area (Winkelmoosalm) can be easily reached by car in about 15 minutes.

terms/extras
The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of EUR 2.00 per person/night for adults aged 16 and over. Children from 6 to 15 years: EUR 1.00, children from 0 to 5 years are free of charge.

Arrival Description
Motorway A8 Munich direction Salzburg - exit Bernau - direction Reit im Winkl - coming from Unterwössen, in the district Brem, turn right into Sonnenbichlstrasse, then right again into Taubenseestrasse until the third road junction (Schlierbachweg) on the left.

Description of the accommodation
The approx. 48 sqm flat has its own entrance and a separate new fitted kitchen with window. The bathroom is equipped with WC and large shower. In the living room there is a large double bed, a comfortable couch and a small dining area as well as radio, TV and WLAN. Bed linen and towels are provided. Through a sliding door in the large panoramic window, you can access the approx. 30 sqm large, furnished south-facing terrace, which you can use alone. Our guests especially like to have their meals here and enjoy the absolute tranquillity.
