Our new, spacious and lovingly furnished in country style vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of our house and offers you from the south-east balcony a fantastic view of the Ramsau mountains and the Ramsau valley. The apartment includes a hallway with wardrobe, a cozy living room with large corner couch, satellite TV, CD player and an inviting dining area. In the separate kitchen-cum-living-room there is a high-quality equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, 4-plate ceramic hob, oven etc. as well as again a cozy dining area. Furthermore, the apartment has a double bedroom, 1 single bedroom shower / WC with shower cabin and corner bath. In addition, there is a 2nd toilet in the apartment. The entire apartment, with the exception of the hallway, is equipped with wipe-clean floors.When occupying the apartment with 2 people, 1 bedroom is available to you, but you are welcome to use the 2nd bedroom by arrangement and for an additional charge.The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, so we ask our guests to enjoy their cigarette on the open balcony. An e-fuel station is available for our guests, the fueling is charged according to consumption.

Arrival Description
Freeway A 8 Munich- Salzburg until exit Siegsdorf/Traunstein, continue on B 306 direction Berchtesgaden, via Inzell, Weißbach until Unterjettenberg, from there on B 305 via Gasthaus Wachterl and Gasthof Hindenburglinde direction Ramsau center. Drive past the Hochschwarzeck turnoff until you reach the "Auf der Reiten" turnoff/bus stop, turn left here. Follow the road until you reach Haus Gröllreib.

70 sqm non-smoking vacation apartment, on the second floor of our house in a sunny south-facing slope with large, east and south-facing balcony. 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom offer space for 3 people (extra bed for child possible). Large, spacious living room with satellite TV. Separate large kitchen with dining area. The fitted kitchen is equipped with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet, as well as separate toilet. Bed linen, towels bath towels, dish towels, soap and toilet paper are provided. Free WLAN internet access.
