Information about the host
At the end of a small road, directly on the edge of the forest, our guesthouse Hölbinger Alm is enthroned with a unique panoramic view of the Salzburg valley and the Berchtesgaden mountains. Easily accessible from all directions, our house invites you to a varied stay. The former guest rooms of the Hölbinger Alm were converted into exclusive holiday flats in 2011. There are fully equipped flats available for families of 2 to 6 people and one with disabled access. A baby travel cot is available on request. In addition, the use of a general laundry room with washing machine and dryer is free of charge.

Environment description
The Hölbinger Alm not only offers perfect accommodation, but can also serve as a starting point for a variety of active activities. The tourist highlights can be reached quickly by car: e.g. the festival city of Salzburg (10 min.), Bad Reichenhall (10 min.), Berchtesgaden (20 min.) and Lake Chiemsee (20 min.).

terms/extras
The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of EUR 0.60 per person/night for adults; EUR 0.40 per person/night for children from the age of 9 up to the age of majority; children up to the age of 9, severely disabled persons with a disability of 50 % or more and persons travelling on business are exempt from paying the spa tax.

Arrival Description
On the A8, Munich in the direction of Salzburg, drive to the Bad Reichenhall exit - there you leave the motorway. At the end of the motorway, enter the roundabout and take the first exit towards Bad Reichenhall. After 200 m turn right into the state road 2103, direction Teisendorf / Aufham (approx. 3 km). After passing the town sign Aufham, turn left at the first opportunity and follow Kirchenstraße 500 m uphill. Our Hölbinger Alm holiday home is at the end of Kirchenstraße on the left.

Description of the accommodation
Our spacious holiday flat "Chiemsee" has 55 sqm, 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom with WC, satellite TV, internet connection and much more. For the 5th and 6th guest there is a comfortable SLEEPING SOFA IN THE LIVING ROOM available on request. On the lawn with garden furniture you can relax from everyday life and enjoy the panoramic view of the Salzburg and Berchtesgaden mountains. You are welcome to use the garden - sun loungers and barbecue facilities are available. Free WiFi and free parking available.
