Information about the host
Our house, built in 1935, is located in a quiet and sunny southeast location on the outskirts of the town center of Berchtesgaden. The access to our house is completely problem-free even in winter. A parking space for your car directly at the house is available. Due to the central location you can leave your car with us, or arrive directly by train. The local buses can be used free of charge with the guest card! In about 5 minutes you can reach the supermarket (fresh rolls), the ice stadium, the indoor swimming pool Watzmann Therme or the salt mine with visitor tour and healing gallery (therapy of respiratory diseases). In about 15 minutes you can reach the center of Berchtesgaden with pedestrian zone, spa center and the castle square (castle of the Wittelsbach dukes). The bus stop - Watzmann Therme - (connections in the direction of Oberau, Mozart's city of Salzburg and the train station with various transfer possibilities, e.g. in the direction of Schönau-Königssee, Ramsau, Bad Reichenhall) is 5 min away on foot. Around the corner from us is the bus stop - Plenk Verlag. The line leads to the train station, to the center of the village or also to Maria Gern.

The above prices are plus spa tax of 3.10 Euro for adults, 1.55 Euro for children/youth from 7 to 16 years of age and 0.00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years of age per person and day of stay (subject to change).

Arrival Description
The approach is via the freeway Munich - Salzburg - exit Bad Reichenhall - on the B20 direction Berchtesgaden. At the end of Bischofswiesen drive in the direction of Berchtesgaden - Bahnhof. At the big traffic circle take the exit towards Salzburg. After approx. 2 km turn left in the direction of Penny Markt. Follow the road for about 1.5 km and then turn right into Reichenbachstraße.

Description of the accommodation
The spacious and comfortably furnished apartment (with WLAN) is located on the first floor and has its own entrance, is 42 square meters in size and is divided into - hallway with wardrobe, shoe cabinet and large mirror - dining room with cozy table-corner bench combination and cable TV, radio with CD - bedroom (facing the garden) with double bed, armchair (reading corner) and closet. There is room for a crib that you can bring with you. In this room there is also a cable TV connection. - Kitchen with fully equipped kitchen block: refrigerator with freezer, stove with ceramic hob (four burners) and oven, coffee maker with filter, Senseo coffee pad machine, espresso machine, toaster, kettle and microwave. - Bathroom with shower, mirror cabinet, hairdryer, sink, toilet and washing machine (free use). Laundry can be hung out to dry in the bathroom. The terrace (massive table-corner bench combination) is available for your sole use at any time, as well as the lawn in our garden. Bicycles can be put under shelter from the rain.
