In the midst of the wildly romantic mountain landscape of the Berchtesgaden Alps, surrounded by lush meadows and untouched forests, lies our cozy guesthouse in the community of Schönau am Königssee. Built in 1454, today our house offers you three modern apartments as well as five fully furnished vacation apartments. Free WLAN is available to our guests. Spend unforgettable days freely according to the motto: Enjoy peace - draw strength - forget the everyday life... We, the Seiberl family, are looking forward to welcoming you.

Arrival Description
You drive from the A8 Munich direction Salzburg. Take the exit Bad Reichenhall. This is the last exit before the Austrian border. (VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) From Bad Reichenhall on the B20 follow the signs towards Berchtesgaden.You will pass through the towns of Bad Reichenhall, Bayerisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen and come down the Silbergstraße. Turn left in the direction of the train station. You will eventually come to the large traffic circle at the Berchtesgaden train station.From there take the exit towards Königssee on the B20, drive about 500m to the end of Berchtesgaden. Now turn right down into Untersteinerstraße. You are now in the municipal area of Schönau am Königssee. Drive approx. 500m. After you have passed a housing estate on the left hand side, you will see our house with a large garden on the left.
Description of the accommodation
Our apartment Sulzbergkopf is a comfortably furnished studio in modern rural style (newly renovated in autumn 2016) and is located on the first floor. The kitchenette is equipped with refrigerator, sink, 2 plate electric stove (ceramic hob), toaster, egg boiler, coffee maker, kettle. In the modern designed bathroom with shower/WC towels are provided. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the Watzmann as well as the Grünstein.
