Enjoy a relaxing stay in a cultivated atmosphere in one of our holiday apartments "the most beautiful days of the year". Our house is in a quiet but central location right in the heart of Marktschellenberg, where you can also take public transport for free (see spa card = bus ticket) and have a relaxed holiday without a car. Explore the beautiful mountains of Berchtesgadener Land or visit the nearby Mozart city of Salzburg. Go on wonderful hikes directly from our house, for example to the Untersberg with the Schellenberg ice cave, the Ettenberg with its late baroque pilgrimage church or hike through the wildly romantic Almbachklamm. Our house is open all year round and we are available for you every day! We look forward to your visit.

Environment description
The Berchtesgadener Land with its world-famous sights (Königssee, Kehlstein, salt mines) as well as the nearby spa town of Salzburg, offer you a variety of cultural attractions, as well as customs and traditions of this rural region. The legendary Untersberg with the Schellenberg ice caves, mountain forests, meadows and well-kept hiking trails, offers an ideal starting point for walks, hikes and also invites you to mountaineering.Many hiking opportunities for young and old - outdoor pool, bike path, Almbachklamm and much more ......Also in winter Marktschellenberg offers many opportunities for sports and recreation. Tracked cross-country ski trails as well as floodlit runs from the Roßfeld, three ski lifts with kilometers of slopes.With a short drive you can also still reach the ski resorts Jenner and Götschen. After sledding, the best place to relax is the Watzmanntherme.
