Fantastic light-filled and cozy vacation home in the center of Cómpeta, with many possibilities to spend a wonderful family vacation. The house offers spectacular views of the sea and the mountains and is located within walking distance of a natural park.
It has 3 SZ and 2 BZ and is distributed over 2 floors: on the first floor there is a large bright living room and a fully equipped semi-open kitchen. From the living room you have access to 2 spacious bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a staircase that leads us to the second floor where we find a separate bathroom, a bedroom and a beautiful terrace with excellent views where we can find a lot of rest and relaxation. From the living room you have access to a covered dining room, several terraces around the house and a 4x8m pool.
The view from the gardens is incredible, you can see beautiful mountains, the sea and Morocco on a clear day. There are terraces on different levels, including the pool, and behind the house there is a terrace with the most beautiful view.
The accommodation is located in a suburb which is within walking distance from the city, where you can find excellent gastronomic options. The property has a parking space and faces south, which guarantees incredibly beautiful sunsets.
