The "PARQUEMAR III-IV" complex consists of three six-storey blocks, with a large communal garden area surrounding the swimming pool, and has a tennis court. It has covered parking spaces. Located in the North area, 65 metres from the fine sand of the beach. Very quiet area, with little traffic, which ensures rest.

Apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, separate kitchen with utility room and living room with access to large south facing terrace (with awning) with limited sea views, and good views of the pool and the mountains. It has a second North terrace accessible from the second bedroom with sea views.

The flat is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything necessary for cooking and table setting. A pressure cooker, blender and electric toaster are not standard, so if any of these are essential, don't forget to bring them!

At the collection of the keys you will have to pay a deposit of 60-150 € to cover possible damages, loss of keys or non-compliance with the check-out timetable. This will be returned 24/48 hours after the check-out and after the accommodation has been checked.

The town hall of Xeraco offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire beach of Xeraco (service not guaranteed inside the flats).

The beach of Xeraco offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, newspapers, pharmacy, and many other services. The slope at the entrance to the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very familiar beach, with little traffic, surrounded by nature and fantastic landscapes. In low season we recommend having access to a vehicle in order to be able to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worthwhile. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and in the marshes. The latter is very popular with ornithologists. The beach of l'Ahuir, a stretch of unspoilt beach without buildings, with its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants can be found, is without doubt another experience for the visitor. And let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, arms of the sea and rivers.
