The "PARQUEMAR III-IV" complex consists of three six-story blocks with a large garden area surrounding the swimming pool, and a tennis court.
It has covered parking.
Located in the North area, 65 meters from the fine sand of the beach.
A very quiet area with little traffic, ensuring a restful stay. Apartment with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a shower room, a separate kitchen with a utility/laundry room, and a living-dining room opening onto a spacious south-facing terrace (with an awning) with limited sea views, and good views of the pool and the mountains.
It has a second north-facing terrace accessible from the second bedroom with sea views. Sleeps 4 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT ALLOWED. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath towel/person, 2 toilet towels/person). Includes a bi-weekly linen change.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/sundries.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard amenities.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 PM onwards.
It is possible to collect keys outside of office hours, by requesting it in advance and having paid the deposit beforehand.
Departure and check-out from the accommodation must be completed before 10:00 AM. Keys may be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages: either leave a €150 deposit which will be refunded after the apartment inspection, or purchase a non-refundable accidental damage waiver (Insurance) for €28. The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, a pharmacy, and many other services.
The gentle slope entering the water is ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During low season, we recommend having a vehicle to travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic attractions well worth visiting.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and along the marshlands.
The latter are very popular with ornithologists.
L’Ahuir beach, a stretch of pristine beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor.
Let's not forget fishing, which is possible on the beaches, in sea arms, and rivers.

Del apartamento me gustó mucho la ubicación cerquita de la playa y de un chiringuito, la piscina y la pista de tenis que hizo más amena la semana. El apartamento es muy fresco pq tiene terrazas que dan a dos calles y corre el aire. Vistas bonitas a la piscina, playa y montaña. Nos ha gustado mucho.
