Situated only a few metres from the sea near Santa Teresa Gallura, in the lovely northwest of Sardinia, the 100 m² villa is ideal for relaxing holidays by the beach. The wheelchair-accessible villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. The child-friendly holiday home also includes Wi-Fi, funs and a television. The private outdoor area boasts a garden and a covered terrace with garden furniture, perfect for quiet evenings with home-cooked meals outside. The owners also live on the property but in a separate building. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafés can be found 100 m away or after a 5-minute drive (3 km) in the centre of Santa Teresa Gallura, while the closest beach, Spiaggia Santa Reparata is only a 5-minute walk (250 m) away. Olbia Airport is located 70 km or a one-hour and 15-minute drive from the apartment.

Street parking is available. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are generally not allowed, but exceptions may be made upon request. The owner's dog also lives on the property.
