3G - threegables in the house Lohrey The house Lohrey in Blindau has three gables, which all provide a special view. In the newly built west gable (cross gable) a spacious, comfortable apartment (panoramic gable of approx. 120 m²) with a stunning far-reaching view over the mountains of Reit im Winkl was created after reconstruction and modernization. In the north gable another spacious, family-friendly apartment (village gable of 55 m²) with a view of Reit im Winkl was created. These two comfort holiday apartments can also be used together as a self-contained multi-generation apartment of 175 m ² plus balconies. In the south gable there are two more comfortable apartments for families with up to 3 children of 30 m² each plus balcony with view to the Unterberg in Kössen. Both apartments can also be used together. In the hallway of the south gable is a playroom for board games, reading or just chilling out. Furthermore, two apartments are available on the 1st floor. The App. westside with approx. 35 m² plus balcony and the App. eastside with approx. 25 m² plus balcony. Since these two app. are directly opposite each other, they are also suitable for combination. All gable apartments or apartments are furnished in the neat Bavarian country house style. The luggage room in the attic with electric ski boot dryer is available to all apartments and app.

According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather events.In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

Arrival Description
By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
