Located in the beautiful centre of Reit im Winkl, this 3-room flat is on the ground floor of the quietly situated "Alpenland" residential complex and offers space for four adults and one child.
The living room convinces like the rest of the flat with rustic furnishings and is furnished with a dining area and a comfortable seating set. The flat has two bedrooms with double beds, whereby the one in the basement is equipped with an additional sitting area. For very small guests, a cot and a high chair are also available. The small kitchenette in the hallway with fridge, cooker and microwave is not only enough for small appetites. The sunny terrace is furnished with a comfortable seating area and invites you to linger at any time. Furthermore, a cable TV, free W-LAN, a lounge, a ski room, a parking space and even a sauna are available for guests.
The flat is the ideal starting point for excursions into the mountains, as many of the trails start directly in the centre. The village centre is also within easy walking distance in just a few minutes. Some of the best restaurants and cafés, as well as a variety of shops invite you to take a leisurely stroll. Leisure facilities such as the outdoor swimming pool or mini golf course, as well as a ski bus stop are also in the immediate vicinity.

Für ganz kleine Gäste sind auch ein Gitterbett und ein Hochstuhl vorhanden. Die kleine Küchenzeile in der Diele mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Mikrowelle reicht nicht nur für den kleinen Hunger. Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen.Bad zu klein für mehrere Personen.Das Zimmer im Untergeschoss hat kein eigenes Bad und ist über eine schmale Wendeltreppe zu erreichen (für ältere Mitreisende nicht zu empfehlen),kann aber auch über den Keller verlassen werden.Bei Reklamation waren die Ansprechpartner sehr kompetent und konntenschnell helfen. Grundsätzlich tolles Personal.

Die Überdachte Terrasse hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Parkplatz war direkt an der Ferienwohnung.
Warmes Wasser war ein wenig Mangelware.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Direkt an den Loipen/ Winterwanderwegen. In der Whg war alles was man so braucht und es war auch sehr gemütlich dort.
