The "Frühlingshof" is located in the inner centre of Reit im Winkl in Chiemgau. The house is quietly situated in the second row of houses. The Frühlingshof is particularly well suited as a starting point for sporting activities. All leisure and shopping facilities can be reached in about 2 minutes. The cross-country skiing trails lead past the house at a distance of approx. 100m. As a special treat, our guests also enjoy free use of the Benzeck lifts in winter. A bread roll service is also available on request. The Neumaier bakery is the right contact for this. The prerequisites for a relaxing stay in Reit im Winkl are given. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. Arrival Description
By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the Inntaldreieck and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest railway station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.

Description of the accommodation
The flat with approx. 27 m2 is located on the 1st floor and is suitable for 2 persons. The furnishings consist of a wardrobe, living/bedroom with 2 high-quality, carpenter-made wardrobe double beds, a table and small couch. Small meals can be prepared in the integrated kitchenette. The separate bathroom is equipped with shower, bathtub and WC. A safe, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer complete the equipment. In the flat you will find solid wooden furniture in Bavarian style. TV and radio are also included. Furthermore, the flat has terracotta tile flooring with adjustable underfloor heating in all rooms. From the 7 m2 west-facing balcony you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the mountains and the Kaisergebirge. Balcony table, chairs, parasol and blankets to keep you warm are also included.
