The Gästehaus Karoline is located in the popular climatic spa and winter sports resort of Reit im Winkl in Chiemgau. The village centre, with its restaurants and leisure facilities, is about an eight-minute walk away.
We offer two holiday flats for two people each with south-facing balconies and magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. A fast and secure internet connection is available in all holiday flats. So you can send an e-mail or two to your loved ones at home.
In winter, we attach particular importance to cosiness and cleanliness. That's why there is a heated shoe cupboard in the entrance area where you can leave your street shoes. In the house itself, guests then only move around in slippers. You can feel at home.
Your advantage as our guest: We are a partner rental company/business of the Reit im Winkl Swimming Card. This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool and the Kössen forest swimming pool.
But our house is also an ideal starting point for many other activities. Hiking and cycling trails, cross-country ski runs and the golf course are all within easy reach.
