Information about the host
The Münchner Hof is located in the best residential area of Reit im Winkl. Absolutely quiet, yet with short distances to all cultural, sporting and gastronomic facilities. The cross-country skiing trails and hiking paths start practically on our doorstep. All rooms and holiday flats are fully equipped and are regularly renovated. The sleeping accommodations meet the highest standards. Cleanliness is the landlady's top priority. A large barbecue area for our guests can be used at any time. We are especially proud of our new sauna area with Finnish sauna, steam bath and infrared sauna. We extend a warm "Grüß Gott" to every guest. Be sure! We don't just pay lip service to Bavarian hospitality - we practice it.

Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

Nach vielen Jahren erfolgreicher Selbstständigkeit haben wir, Martina (Jahrgang 1962) und Raimund (Jahrgang 1960) Bulczak, beschlossen, einen Gang herunterzuschalten und uns eine Auszeit zu gönnen. Seit dem 1. August 2014 sind wir stolze Besitzer des Gästehauses Münchner Hof hier in Reit im Winkl. In dieser idyllischen Umgebung finden wir die perfekte Balance, um unsere Seele baumeln zu lassen und unseren Leidenschaften nachzugehen.
Wir lieben es, die Natur in vollen Zügen zu genießen - sei es beim entspannten Wandern, auf dem Fahrrad oder im Winter mit Ski und Schneeschuhen. Und das Beste daran? Arrival Description
Coming from the A8 motorway, follow the signs to Alpenstrasse via Bernau, Grassau, Marquartstein to Reit im Winkl. Once you arrive here, you cannot miss the tourist information office and the maypole. Turn left and the Münchner Hof is the second house on the right. If you take the Inntal motorway in the direction of Kufstein, take the Oberaudorf exit and drive to Walchsee, Kössen, Reit im Winkl.

Description of the accommodation
Cosy double room with hall and bathroom. 1st floor south-facing balcony. Furnished with high quality Oberland furniture. Can be booked as an additional bedroom for all holiday flats.
