Well-maintained house with personal service. In the house there are 5 comfortably furnished holiday flats with good equipment and a wonderful view of the beautiful mountain world around Reit im Winkl. The free car park is directly at the house. The bus stop is only a few metres away, from there you can take the shuttle bus to the Winklmoos-Alm - Steinplatte or to all other popular excursion destinations with public transport. In winter you will find the cross-country skiing and hiking trails directly opposite the house, in summer you can also start many hikes directly from your accommodation. For your wet skis and clothing, our locked drying room is at your disposal, where you can also safely park your bicycles. Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlord/operator of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free or reduced services in addition to our own, such as free entry to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee. Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

Arrival Description
By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the Inntaldreieck and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest railway station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.

Description of the accommodation
The newly designed 3-room flat with approx. 60 m2 living space and south-facing balcony is divided into a cosy living room with dining area and separate sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with washing facilities for a third person. The accommodation of a further person in an additional small bedroom is possible. The kitchen with dishwasher, extractor bonnet, microwave, **** freezer compartment, etc., and the shower with WC are in separate rooms. Flat screen TV in the living room and bedroom, WLAN available.
