Magnificent location! Our guesthouse is situated in a quiet, sunny location at the foot of the "Sleeping Witch", also called the Lattengebirge (between Bad Reichenhall and Berchtesgaden on the border to Austria).
Environment description
The location of our house is ideal as a starting point for hikes, mountain tours, spa stays as well as for excursions to Bad Reichenhall (5 minutes by car), Berchtesgaden (15 minutes by car) and Salzburg (15 minutes by car). The nearest bus stop is about three minutes away on foot. Cross-country ski trail at the house.

Arrival Description
You can reach Bayerisch Gmain easily via the A8 motorway (Munich - Salzburg), exit Bad Reichenhall. Then continue on the B20 in the direction of Berchtesgaden - you will then pass Bad Reichenhall and after leaving Bad Reichenhall you will come directly to Bayerisch Gmain. Continue in the direction of Berchtesgaden and leave the village of Bayerisch Gmain behind you. About 300 metres after the end of Bayerisch Gmain (directly opposite the Gasthof Dreisesselberg) turn right into the Römerstraße (signposts are posted on the Bundesstraße) - and you're there!

Holiday apartment "Predigtstuhl", approx. 41 sqm, first floor, large living/sleeping room with one double and two single beds with large panoramic window, from which you have a wonderful view of the Reichenhall mountains, TV, kitchen, bath/shower and WC and underfloor heating.
