quartier tres populaire et tres vivant et réellement a 3 minutes du centre et de la plage ce qui est extremement pratique en sachant qu,il est trés difficile de parquer son véhicule l,appartement pour lui méme compte tenu du prix avantageux est tout a fiat satisfaisant et juste en bas de l,immeuble une bonne superette pour faire les courses!
